Items discussed at the Dundalk Community Council meeting included proposed legislation designed to tighten state control over landfills, a proposal to expand recreation facilities in the district and wastewater discharge policies. A 16-year-old Sparrows Point Road youth was charged with assault on Sparrows Point High School vice principal Anthony Anastasia.
