St. Helena residents hit the streets for a cleaner community

It is an issue that plagues many neighborhoods across Dundalk and Edgemere - trash on the streets and around vacant houses. We've all seen it - old soda bottles in the gutter, pizza menu floating a breeze - and, in St. Helena they have decided to do something about it.
