Mike Wallace, Chris Moore's Fantasy Outlook After Jeremy Maclin's Injury

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jeremy Maclin suffered a knee injury against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, which could thrust Mike Wallace and Chris Moore further into the fantasy football spotlight.

Maclin quickly developed into quarterback Joe Flacco's favorite targets among receivers during the offseason, and he entered Week 15 with 39 receptions for 418 yards and three touchdowns this season.

The expectation entering the campaign was that Wallace would have a significant role in the offense as well, but he got off to a surprisingly slow start.

The 2011 Pro Bowler has eclipsed 1,000 receiving yards in a season on three occasions, including when he made 72 grabs for 1,017 yards and four touchdowns in 2016.

He has been a disappointment in 2017, however, with 37 receptions for 559 yards and three touchdowns.

Moore, in his second season out of Cincinnati, has made 15 receptions for 213 yards this season. He's moved into the third receiver slot following the benching of Breshad Perriman and made at least three grabs each of the last three weeks.

Baltimore's offense hasn't been conducive to receivers putting up big numbers in recent years since Flacco is often content to check down to tight ends and running backs.

That puts a cap on how productive Wallace and Moore can be even if Maclin is forced to miss an extended period of time.

Neither Wallace nor Moore is worthy of starting in even the deepest of leagues, and it isn't advisable to even own Moore.

Wallace is potentially worth a flier as an end-of-the-bench option due to his track record, he is isn't likely to make a significant impact.
