Rick Roberts, a club DJ who promoted and produced for radio stations in the late 1980s and early 1990s, wanted to created a platform to cater to unsigned artist, so, in 2015, Roberts started Delmarva Radio with co-founder Rick Bulles, a DJ who owns a family business and performs at events, radio personality Jim Lewis explained. "They love local music and unsigned artists," Lewis said.
