Baltimore-based GWWO has promored Chris Elcock to associate principal and Sharon Day to senior associate while naming Bryan Fisher, Kaitlin Pravetz, Kate Scurlock, Kiersten Howe, Pat Fava and Scott Moir as associates. Elcock, one of the firm's team leaders, joined GWWO in 1997 and became a member of the management team in 2003.
