Michael John Pomory, 55, of the first block of Dixon Avenue, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving under the influence of drugs. Jerry Lamont Congo, 46, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.
