A new turf field at Sparrows Point High School, stabilization of local shorelines and upgrades to local fire stations are some of the items listed in the proposed Baltimore County capital budget for Fiscal Year 2017. County Executive Kevin Kamenetz also includes money for drug and alcohol treatment programs, job training and youth programs in his operating budget for FY 2017.
