A county judge recently ruled that the developers of the county's North Point Government Center complex in Dundalk do not need approval from the state Board of Pubic Works to go forward with plans to turn 16 acres of the county-owned site into a mix of offices and shops. But the legal wrangle is not necessarily over, as the state Office of the Attorney General could appeal the ruling to the Court of Special Appeals in Annapolis.
