Dundalk man Leo Dymowski is challenging incumbents Keith R. Truffer and Kathleen G. Cox for a seat on Maryland's Third Judicial Circuit, which hears cases in Baltimore and Harford Counties. Cox was appointed by Governor Parris Glendening in 1999 and was reelected by voters to a 15 year term in 2001.
