Even the pups are getting in on the act! Tyson, owned by Debbie Prevatt of Dundalk, was a boxer in more ways than one as he took first place in the pet costume contest at last year's Fall Fest in Veterans Park. And, after extensive research , I can definitively say that Dundalk does Halloween right.
