Dundalk High School art teacher Hannah Butcher grew up with an interest in art, but when she got to college she realized how much she enjoyed helping young people tap into their inner artist. Now, Butcher's passion for art education is being recognized as she celebrates her recent award as Baltimore County Public Schools New High School Art Teacher of the Year for 2016.
