The state-regulated BD Health Services facility off North Point Boulevard dispenses methadone as a way to treat heroin addiction. Starting in March, clinics that dispense mediations such as methadone to treat addiction to heroin and prescription painkillers will see a change in how they're reimbursed by Medicaid.
