Baltimore County Police say a Dundalk man was struck and killed Monday night when he walked into the road and was hit by a truck. Officers were called at 9:18pm to the area of Trappe Rd near North Point Rd; they found a 1994 Ford F-150 had been traveling north on Trappe Rd when it struck 61-year-old Eugene Paul Kozdras of the 3000 block of Wallford Drive.
