Lack of care leads to declining Dundalk

How often do we see letters in the Eagle from residents of Dundalk expressing their disgust with the care of our community? We see an increasing number of properties that are operated by slumlords; they feel they have no responsibility for the upkeep of their properties or the effect the unkept properties have on the neighborhoods. They have no interest in the irresponsible renters they rent to that have less care given to the properties than they do.
