Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz placed education and transportation projects across the county are at the top of his legislative wishlist for this year's the General Assembly session. Kamenetz, who is running for the Democratic nomination for governor, is attempting to get $400 million approved for statewide school construction.
