Twelve-year resident and "big fan" of Dundalk, Dan "Dundalk Dan" Dawes, started making beef jerky in his basement as a hobby. Dawes went online to find basic recipes to make the jerky while using, he notes, the highest quality, all-natural ingredients to make small batches.
