Kevin Marron is running for the Democratic nomination for Baltimore County Executive, his second time seeking the county's top post. A grassroots candidate, Marron told the Eagle in an interview last month that he is not accepting any campaign donations, preferring to run on the less than $1,000 that he is footing himself.
