A man arrested in Dundalk in October is now facing new charges in Pennsylvania, where police say he threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend and state troopers. Howard Timothy Cofflin Jr., 56, is charged in Pennsylvania with counts including terrorism, attempted first-degree murder, and threatening to use weapons of mass destruction, according to a criminal complaint filed in York County, Pa.
