The owner of a Charles Village grocery store slept there to stay open as a blizzard bore down on Baltimore. In Hampden, the owner of the pizzeria Angelo's Pie in the Sky opened the restaurant Saturday in an effort to feed any needy or homeless people in the Hampden area.
