Two men stole a gun, a Taser, a bulletproof vest and other equipment from an MTA police vehicle, police say. Two men were charged in the theft of a handgun, Taser and other police equipment from a Maryland Transportation Authority police vehicle in Dundalk early Saturday morning, authorities said.
