Authorities say several people have been injured after a Baltimore County medic unit was involved in a crash with a sports utility vehicle in Dundalk. Baltimore County police spokesman Shawn Vincent says the incident happened just after 8 p.m. Saturday when the medic unit collided with the SUV on Wise Avenue and Lynch Road.
