Authorities say a Dundalk man accused of impersonating a Baltimore County police officer and sexually assaulting two women is facing additional charges involving a third woman. The Baltimore Sun reports that Brian Keith Cooper Jr. was arrested Friday night in connection with an incident that occurred on Aug. 1. Cooper was charged with first-degree sex offense and second degree assault.
