More than a week after a brutal assault in Ocean City that led to a Baltimore County man's death, police have arrested a man for the attack. Ocean City police say their extensive review of surveillance footage, forensic evidence, witness statements and citizen tips led them to 21-year-old Darren Beattie of Sparrows Point, Md.
