Baltimore County Police are seeking a man who allegedly exposing himself to a 9-year-old girl in a Dundalk store. On March 3 at approximately 7:30 a.m., a woman and her daughter were in the Big Lots store in the 1400 block of Merritt Boulevard when they noticed a man following them.
