Baltimore County installed a new above-ground heating oil tank next to the North Point Government Center building after an underground tank system leaked oil into a storm drain leading to Lynch Cove Run last winter. Testing of soil and groundwater is now under way to gauge the extent of an underground heating oil leak last winter at the North Point Government Center in Dundalk.
