Longtime fair volunteer, master of ceremonies and "mayor of Dundalk," Tom Toporovich was honored as the ribbon was cut on the 2018 Dundalk Heritage Fair last Friday. Dignitaries, including local elected officials, police, Heritage Association board members and managers of fair title sponsor Weis were on hand to usher in the well-loved local tradition.
