State lawmakers have agreed to legislation that would help the Maryland State Fair obtain a year-round liquor license for its new off-track betting parlor in Timonium. Baltimore County's senators and delegates on Friday signed off on a bill that will allow the state fair to buy such a license from any business in the Dundalk-Essex area that's willing to sell one.
