A federal judge sentenced a Baltimore man Thursday to 20 years in prison for a spree of city and county armed robberies. Derek Anthony Davis, 31, had struck a plea deal with prosecutors that also saw U.S. District Judge James J. Bredar sentence him to five years of probation for robbery conspiracy and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
