On Friday, Maryland Transportation Authority Police arrested a Baltimore woman who had suspected cocaine, illegal prescription pills, drug paraphernalia and ammunition in her car. An MDTA police officer arrested Jennifer Joyce Paine, 30, in Dundalk while serving a warrant.
