Plans are in the works to build two four-story apartment buildings with elevators on an undeveloped site behind Denny's and AutoZone store on Merritt Boulevard in Dundalk. Called Merritt Station, the new development would include 36 units in each building, reflecting a mix of 48 two-bedroom units and 24 three-bedroom units.
