Built in 1924, Colgate Elementary is scheduled to be replaced with a new school to open in the fall of 2021. Five Dundalk schools are on track to get long-awaited air conditioning by next fall, but three other schools slated for replacement will have to wait for several more years before enjoying a flow of cool air into their classrooms, according to officials.
