Baltimore County Police say the second suspect taken into custody in Friday's police-involved shooting could be the same man wanted by the FBI for a string of bank robberies. The shooting Friday was also precipitated by a nearby bank robbery, and both the driver shot and killed by an officer and the car's other occupant were suspects in that incident.
