The popular attraction, sponsored by the Edgemere-Sparrows Point Recreation Council, will open this Friday, Sept. 30, and continue each Friday and Saturday night until Oct. 29. According to Brian Frank, chairperson for the Haunted Dungeons, the attraction was first established in 1982 as a way to raise funds for the recreation council.
