A port in the storm for visiting seafarers

Crew members put dozens of Christmas shoeboxes donated by Dundalk's Apostleship of the Sea underneath the tree on the cargo ship Tamerlane, which docked in Baltimore on Monday. Monsignor John FitzGerald, left, director of the Apostleship of the Sea center in Dundalk, accepts donations of clothing for mariners docked at the Port of Baltimore from Siony Placiente and Nestor Paloma, who are volunteers at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fullerton.
