Baltimore County will once again offer two hours of free meter parking at 1,735 meters throughout the county for last-minute shoppers through Sunday, Dec. 25, just before Christmas and the start of Hanukkah. Parking meters will be decorated with red "Seasons Greetings" bags in Dundalk, as well as Catonsville, Towson, Parkville, Essex, Overlea, Pikesville, Arbutus and Stoneleigh.
