In a Dec. 15 video posted to his Facebook, state Sen. Johnny Ray Salling shared some of the bills that he is planning on introducing in the Maryland General Assembly's 2017 legislative session. Among his top priorities is a bill to expand the ability of a county board of education to fire its superintendent and a bill making the distribution of public school construction projects more equitable.
