The Baltimore County Police Department's 144th Recruit Class graduated on Dec. 14 during a ceremony held at Dundalk High School. Among the graduates were eight officers assigned to the Dundalk precinct, including Officers Robert A. Booker, Robert E. Dodson, Devin S. Jacob, Ken M. Jones IV, Rashad L. Mitchell, Travis L. Roberts, Patrick F. Sowinski and Scott D. Stinebaugh.
