Ofc. Bryan Fink, who was chosen as the class president for the 48th recruitment class, gave a speech thanking his friends, family and fellow officers for their support. Before enrolling in the police academy, Fink received his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and worked as a personal trainer.
