Baltimore County Council members attempt to protect parks in rezoning process

When the white signs started going up on parks and playgrounds in Baltimore County, the phones started ringing in County Council offices. All seven council members are using a new maneuver to try to protect public parks and open spaces from being developed during the county's once-every-four-years rezoning process.
