The Boulevard Diner was decked out in blue Trump campaign signs and quickly filled to capacity with customers and fans as word trickled out that the GOP nominee might stop by. Trump, who came straight from a speech at the National Guard Association conference in Baltimore, was greeted with hearty cheers of "Trump! Trump! Trump!" Peering on her tiptoes and holding her phone up to catch a shot of Trump, Theresa Fogler of Middle River could barely contain her excitement.
