Reward increased for tips in fatal Dundalk hit-and-run

A reward for tips has been increased in a hit-and-run that killed a 23-year-old in Dundalk this summer. Baltimore County police said Thursday that family and friends of the victim, Keith Curtis Tawney, have raised $3,000 for a tip that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who hit him on North Point Boulevard in August.
