SALISBURY , Md.- Maryland State Police say a tractor-trailer spilled fuel onto the roadway after it hit a metal guardrail in Salisbury early Friday morning. Police said the incident happened shortly after 3 a.m. on North Salisbury Boulevard, just north of Dagsboro Road in Salisbury.
