Some of Baltimore's coldest December weather in a decade is forecast to arrive by Thursday morning, along with some chances for snow and ice. A cold front with frigid Arctic air behind it is expected to pass through the region before sunrise Thursday, and some snow showers ahead of it could coat the ground between about 10 p.m. Wednesday and 2 a.m. Thursday.
