Dundalk has its share of paid advocates, but, at the end of the day, much of the work is accomplished by those who are donating their time for free. On Dec. 1, community activist Angel Ball extended a well-deserved thank you to several community association leaders who, between them, have dedicated decades worth of time and effort to better their communities.
