Portside is currently owned by Annapolis-based Osprey Property Company, which obtained the complex in 2005 for $4 million, according to Multi-Housing News. After purchase, Osprey renovated the Portside Apartments with the help of grants and tax credits, including $1.5 million from Rental Housing Funds, $1.2 million in Baltimore County grants and $936,000 in tax credits.
