I am proud that my bill HB 1323 - Property Tax - Credit for Revitalization Districts - passed out of both chambers and on to the Governor's desk. I re-introduced my bill - Baltimore County Property Tax Credit - Revitalization Districts - from last session but decided to expand it onto the state level.
