Officers Devante D. Barnes, Michael J. Flaherty, Timothy R. Rice, Rebecca J. Stafford, and Eric M. Stefanski have been assigned to Dundalk's Precinct 12 following their graduation from the Baltimore County Police Department academy. The 145th Recruit Class graduated on Wednesday, June 14, at 7:30 p.m. at the Notre Dame Preparatory School.
