A few weeks ago in The Dundalk Eagle , I wrote how the PJM Interconnection stated that rate payers in Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey should split the bill for a nuclear power plant in New Jersey. This decision by the PJM was made in April, and the FERC ruled in late June in PJM's favor.
