In response to Mr. Monroe's letter "Prayer in schools a long-settled issue" [The Dundalk Eagle, Dec. 15, 15, 2016], I would counter that the issue is far from being settled. Agreeably, the Supreme Court in their 1962 ruling did in fact ban prayer from schools.
