The Dundalk-based Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County is receiving a two year grant to help fund services for domestic violence victims. The center is among 12 nonprofits and government agencies in Baltimore County that are receiving a total of $4.2 million in federal money to support victims of crime, and particularly, victims of sexual assault and domestic violence as part of the Victims of Crime Act .
